Cancellations: Notification of cancellation must be received in writing at least 7 days prior to the event. No refund will be given after this date. Non-arrival will result in a charge of 100% of the delegate fee. Substitutions may be made at any time.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of RTPI Cymru to change the content and timing of the programme, the speakers, the date or the venue. In the unlikely event of the programme being cancelled, RTPI Cymru will automatically make a full refund but disclaim any further liability.
